Discover Your Intuition Type
We are quietly stepping back into the age of intuition.
As artificial intelligence accelerates, purely technical skills are becoming easier to replicate. What cannot be replicated is being human. The ability to sense, infer, read between the lines, and feel what data alone cannot explain.
Intuition has always been part of high performance. Athletes talk about following a hunch. CEOs reference gut instincts. Creators describe ideas dropping in out of nowhere.
The difference is not who has intuition. Everyone does. The difference is who trusts it.
One of the most helpful frameworks for understanding intuition is the four main clairs.
Clairsentience
The feeling sense. These are the deep feelers, empaths, and room readers. They sense when something is off, even when everything looks fine on paper. This intuition often develops through lived experience and survival. The growth edge is learning to trust what you feel without needing proof.
Claircognizance
The knowing sense. This is the quiet inner certainty that simply knows. It lives in the body. Goosebumps, chills, gut hits. The challenge here is learning to distinguish intuition from fear. Fear is loud. Intuition whispers.
Clairaudience
The hearing sense. This shows up as directives, statements, phrases, or insights that interrupt thought loops. It often comes through speaking. Many writers, speakers, and leaders are clairaudient without realizing it. The words come through you, not from you.
Clairvoyance
The seeing sense. Images, visions, dreams, and future possibilities. Many visionaries and creators live here. The invitation is to ground the vision into action instead of staying in imagination.
Intuition strengthens through play, not pressure.
Start with low stake experiments. Take a different route home. Choose food based on how your body responds. Say the thing you feel prompted to say and notice the response.
At first, intuition feels like you are making it up. That does not mean you are wrong. It means you are learning discernment.
